Role: Key Account Manager

CTC: INR 5 to 7 Lakhs per annum

Education: 2019 passing out MBA/PGDM Students or 

2018 Pass outs MBA/PGDM  with 1 year experience in vendor management or logistics sector

Location: Bengaluru

Roles and Responsibilities: Vendor Management & Daily Ops Management

  • End to end ownership of Respective Vendor's performance
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Resolving issues related to vendors - (L2 Escalations)
  • Being part of expansion of drop model with respective vendors
  • Managing daily operations for the vendor hubs including daily huddle with cluster executives
  • First point of contact for vendors and cluster executives
  • Regular performance reviews with vendors to discuss and improve performance
  • Managing performance of cluster executives
  • Traveling to various stations and accessing ground performance
  • Ability to deep dive into numbers to identify problems and propose solutions

Key Requirements:

  • 1-2 Years of work experience before MBA is must for 2019 passing out students. Experience in vendor management or logistics sector will be a plus
