What were the various parameters considered and their respective percent weightages for shortlisting candidates for PI-WAT round for admission into PGPM programme Batch of 2018 – 2020?

For shortlisting candidates for PI-WAT round for admission into MBA Batch of 2018-20, two items are taken into consideration as follows:

  1. Application Rating out of 20: This is calculated considering percentages from Class X, Class XII, Graduation, Post-Graduation (if applicable), Professional Qualification, and Work Experience (detailed breakup provided in http://www.som.iitkgp.ernet.in/home/page/137)
  2. CAT component out of 20: (Total CAT Score/300)*20

 


What were the various parameters considered and their respective percent weightages for releasing final admission list for admission into PGPM programme Batch of 2018 – 2020?

For releasing final admission list for admission into MBA Batch of 2018-20, following items were considered, along with their weightages:

  1. Application Rating (as described in Answer 1 (a)): 20%
  2. CAT component (as described in Answer 1 (b)): 20%
  3. WAT score: 20%
  4. PI score: 40%
