What were the various parameters considered and their respective percent weightages for shortlisting candidates for PI-WAT round for admission into PGPM programme Batch of 2018 – 2020?

Shortlisting for WAT&PI was done on the basis of minimum of percentile obtained section-wise and overall, which is as follows:

What were the various parameters considered and their respective percent weightages for releasing final admission list for admission into PGPM programme Batch of 2018 – 2020?

Final merit list was prepared after calculating a final score based on following parameters:

  • Scaled CAT Score (weight = 30%)
  • CAP Score (weight = 15% WAT + 15% PI)
  • Class XII Marks (weight = 5%)
  • Graduation Marks (weight = 15%)
  • Work Experience (weight = 15%)
  • Diversity Factor (weight = 5% based on Academic Discipline + 5% based on Gender)

Our views – Despite being new to the Management Education Industry, IIM Sirmaur (established 2015) has managed to get better placements than many old players in the industry, indicating brand "IIM" will always has an upperhand over other brands.
