Job Location: GOA
Minimum 12 Months of work Experience in Ground Sales.
Education: Graduation and above
CTC – Upto 4.5 lakhs/annum. Based on your latest salary* a good hike will be offered. Travel allowance and special Goa Allowance on top of CTC.
PROCESS: Online test, Telephonic/Online Interview and Final Round in OYO Gurgaon office.
Should be available for immediate joining (within maximum 15 days of selection).
- Responsible for End-to-End business development of the Cluster or city; includes planning and building short-term and long-term supply
- Sourcing leads, exploring all different channels to ensure supply maximization
- Launching and Building OYOs in new geographies
- Cross-functional approach - coordination with multiple teams (Operations, Sales, On-boarding) in inter and Intra geographies
- Forecasting - Balance inventory growth with demand to ensure optimization
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Adaptability to situations and ability to work under pressure
