  1. In a corporate firm, all of the budget for a new software development and training has been finished by the Sales Head. The IT and vigilance head found out that basic training was not provided to the resource team to handle the software which needs immediate attention. What should be the action plan? Also, there is an IT budget as well, should it be shared or not?
  2. Reality shows these days are all about fame and money. One case was given regarding TRP of Colors TV, which has seen an escalation of 24% in past 2 years. Question: why should reality shows be banned?
  3. The youth today do not go for high paying jobs and choose to become entrepreneurs. Discuss what is different in them, and what can we learn from them.
  4. An antique collector has a very important artifact which is believed to be bringing good luck to a tribe in the Amazon. But there is no scientific proof. If you were the collector, would you give the artifact back to the tribe?

  2.  Case- A family of 4 persons want to buy a car, three models are available and their pros and cons mentioned. All family members prefer a different model. Which one should they choose?  
  3. Case study related to ethical dilemma.   
  4. Case- You are the marketing manager of a chocolate producing company. Price of raw materials has gone down. Statistics were given for that. Rival companies have not reduced the price of the product. How will you price your products?
  5. Case - This case was about silk handloom manufacturers in Assam and the problems they have with the middlemen. They asked to design a program that makes both the weavers and the traders happy.    
  6. Case -  About a vendor who had under quoted his price by mistake and was asking for a hike. But the firm was not in a condition to match that additional price, as it itself was not performing well. So how should the manager proceed in such a case?
